His Makeup Team includes one of Moldova’s top Makeup Artists, a three-time national winner of competitions. He employs multiple nail tech winners from Russia and Ukraine, as well as the U.S. With a Staff of over 49 employees, including a board certified surgeon and medi spa director, Delacqua Salon is a true gem that offers Manhattan-type services in a convenient Brooklyn location.
